Preamble
We the people of the Northwest Pacific Establish this document to Provide for the General welfare of the region, and secure the Liberties of its people, we recognize all Citizen nations shall have equal opportunity to participate in Regional Government unless they break the laws.
Article 1
Leadership
The Leadership of the NWP, shall consist of a President, Vice President, and other ministers that shall be appointed by the President, Alongside the president will Rule A Congress consisting of 1 Congressman for every 5 citizens, The President is the main leader of the Region, shall he be unable to do his duties, the Vice President shall take over until the Original Presidents term will expire in which elections will be held, The President may also specify which ministers shall assume power should he be unable to do his job. The President if not the Founder will be the WA Delegate of the Region, if the President is the regions power, the WA delegate shall be the Vice President.
Article 2
Elections
The President of the NWP shall be elected by a popular vote every 6 months, in order to win the presidential candidate must win 50%+1 of the vote, if there is a tie, the tie shall be broken by congress, if Congress is tied, the supreme court shall decide.
Congressmen shall be elected once every 3 months, by the 5 citizens in the Congressmen district, at least 3 out of 5 votes are required to become a Congressman. Supreme court Justices shall be elected once every 6 months, they require 50%+1 of the vote to win.
Article 3
The Responsibilities of government officials
Any Citizen may propose to congress to change a law, the law then may be proposed by a Congressman to the Rest of Congress where it will require a 51% vote to pass, Constitutional Amendments require a 80% vote, and to impeach a government official requires a 90% vote. The President shall sign laws into power unless he vetoes it, Congress can override this veto by a 80% vote, The President may declare war on another region with the Approval of 60% of Congress, The President may also propose laws which will come into effect Immediately unless congress opposes it with a 60% vote.
The Supreme court will determine the Constitutionality of laws, as well as Prosecute law breakers.
Article 4
Rights and Responsibilities of the Citizen
Every citizen unless a Criminal shall be allowed one vote each, no exceptions. Citizens shall have the right to Form Organizations and Militias. Citizens have the right to Petition the Government, and Citizens shall also have the right to Freedom of Speech within Forum Rules, and as long as it does not Compromise the Safety of other Citizens, or is an Intentional Non Satirical Mis Truth. Citizens shall not attack other regions with out Permission, Hold Dual Citizenship except with Explicit permission from the President or People Assigned by the President. And People may not claim false Allegiance with the Government. Citizens must Endorse the WA delegate in the Order prescribed by the government. Also, the government shall not interfere with a nations internal politics no matter how extremist they may be.
